  • Coaching Sheets to track every element of your progress towards your goals. 

  • WhatsApp check-ins once a week, during Contest Prep these can go up to as frequently as daily, depending on your specific needs. 

  • Posing practice and evaluation (all divisions)

  • Check in feedback offering value & a greater understanding of the process for you as a client. 

  • WhatsApp Contact when needed. 

  • You can schedule a call with myself if you need to talk through anything in detail. (No extra charge)

  • Form analysis through WhatsApp / Video Clips to ensure you are accurately performing every exercise in your programme. 

  • Training Mesocycles run blocks, reviewed at the end of every block & adjustments to volume, frequency, split, intensity methods made when needed. 

  • Nutrition Tailored to your specific needs - 90% of the time this is a meal plan, however if you wish to track macros we can accommodate that. 

  • Labwork & Health Marker Readings in the off-season

  • Supplementation guidance.
